Kamaole Sands Resort is a mini-paradise with 15 acres of lush and colorful ponds, fountains, and foliage. Amenities include a large swimming pool, a wading pool for children, and adult hot tub, an family hot tub, two tennis courts, three pickle ball courts, an exercise room, ping pong tables, activities desk, and multiple barbecue areas throughout the property. Our 1 bedroom 2 bath unit on the ground floor of Building 3 is located in the heart of Kamaole Sands Resort. We want you to feel the comforts of home, yet the luxury of a resort. Enjoy your favorite shows on one of our SMART TV's and prepare your favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen. For the beach, we provide towels, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and snorkel gear. We added a brand new MINI-SPLIT AC SYSTEM in MAY 2023 The SOFA SLEEPER is brand new as of May 2023 This unit is well-provisioned and well-stocked with a full kitchen.

You will need to check-in at the front desk to receive your door code, parking pass, and resort information. Your Resort Fee is included in your Cleaning Fee, so do not let the Front Desk charge you for a Resort Fee. We will pay it for you. 2) Parking is reserved. We have one assigned parking space. It is Space #362 located in the lot east of Building 3. 3) There are two entry gates in addition to the main entrance. The gate code for those entrances is 1583#. 4) Here are the WIFI details: Name: KS3104 Password: 6526291154 DOOR CODE You will receive a six-digit door code from the front desk when you check-in. AIR CONDITIONING We do not use the AC during the day. Opening up the slider and the front door provides a nice breeze. We usually turn the AC on in the bedroom sometime after dinner in order to cool the room down for sleeping. The remote control should be set at 74 degrees, in cooling mode (snowflake icon), with the fan set to low. The same settings apply for the living room; however, we would only use it when somebody is using the sofa sleeper. ICE The ice maker is pretty good at keeping up, but if you need more, there is an ice maker located in a room in the pool area. Fill up your cooler before hitting the beach. TVS We have two TVs. They are hooked up to the WIFI and you are welcome to Logon to your subscription channels. Be sure to logoff before you leave. COFFEE We provide both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig machine. We provide just enough K-Cups to get you through your first morning in case you get to the store upon arrival. DETERGENTS We provide approximately ten washing machine and dishwasher pods for your stay. That seems to be enough for most people. SOAPS AND SHAMPOOS We provide a couple of "hotel soaps" for the shower just to get you started. We do not provide shampoo. There should be enough hand soap at the sinks for your entire stay.
